Once you have asked a guest to your event, there is another system in place that allows you to send them notification emails (such as ‘Be there in about 10 minutes). To do this, you tap on the event you created for the meet-up and then wait for the summary window to appear. This will indicate who has and hasn’t accepted your invitation.
Additionally, you can tap on the option called Email Guests. If you select this, you can then pick from a predefined list of messages (such as the example we gave earlier) or key in your own custom message to give them status updates via email. It’s a nice system to use if you want to keep everyone in the loop.
